Stretch Studio Boca Cancellation and Refund Policy     

• For your convenience appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours before your appointment time. We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
• No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, the service will be charged in order to reschedule.  Client will receive an invoice to pay online. If you book a future appointment and do not pay the fee, your appointment will be canceled. If a package has been purchased, one of the sessions will be credited.
• For Gift Certificates, 100% of the service value will be redeemed.
• Groupon – session(s) will be fully redeemed and scheduled when reservation is made. 
• For Packages 100% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed. 
• Clients with repeated no shows or last-minute cancelations will no longer be provided services. Any future services booked will be canceled.
• Complimentary services and consultation services - No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, to re -book there will be a $50 Consultation fee.
• Services that require a Credit card hold in order to book the service (such as longer services or multiple services, or any other reasons we would've taken a credit card hold) that are not canceled within 12 hours will be charged on all services booked.
• Services longer than 2 hours or services booked for multiple persons that amount to longer than 2 hours, will require a credit card to book the appointment. If you book online, you will receive a phone call for credit card authorization to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged and you may pay in another method at the time of your appointment. Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy above.

Health Studio Etiquette and FAQs

• ARRIVAL: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not earlier. New clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored in to your appointment time so that you do not have to arrive earlier. Arriving early will not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. Please call ahead to check if your service can be started before the scheduled time. 
• APPOINTMENT LENGTH: Please note sessions are 25 and 50 minutes. If the practitioner spends extra time, that is at their discretion and cannot be expected. Sessions are usually. Booked in 30- and 60-minute increments, this includes time for cleaning and disinfecting and setting up for next client.
• GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included. Tips are greatly appreciated.
• SICKNESS AND ALLERGIES: If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, or show signs of severe allergies, this includes but not limited to coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and will be charged a $50 fee. 
• DRESS CODE: Clients are asked to wear non-restrictive clothing similar to what you would wear to a yoga class. Clients are asked to, but not required to take shoes off for sessions, clean socks are available. 
• LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Stretch Studio Boca is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal items with you. 
• YOGA, DANCE and VARIOUS CLASSES: are available to all clients, please ask for details.
• CELL PHONES: Please leave cell phones on silent or vibrate as to not to disturb your service.
• LATE ARRIVAL: We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please text the Studio at 561-413-4942 and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full-service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed, or you may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to do the service you want in a shorter time period. **PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact the Studio that you are running late, the Studio will automatically cancel your appointment after 15 minutes past your appointment time. 
• HEALTH CLEARANCE AND CONSULTATIONS: Clients must be approved by their Physician for Practitioner assisted Stretching. 
• PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:   Products must be returned within 2 weeks, with the full value returned in the form of an exchange for a product or products better suited to your skin. Products must be in original packaging. It is at the discretion of the Studio as to the exchange of used products and its exchange value. All returns must show receipt of purchase if the Studio is not aware of the client’s product purchase. Please call or email the Studio immediately, if you have any concerns or issues with the products you purchased so that the Studio can address any product issues quickly. Please call or email the Studio if you cannot return a product within 2 weeks.
• GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expiration is 1 year from the purchase date.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service or at the time of product purchase and must be redeemed in person at the Studio. 
• PACKAGES: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used within 2 years of the purchase date. If Stretch Studio Boca reserved the right to determine on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, used sessions, cancellations and no shows, are calculated at regular session rate before the refund amount can be determined. 
• PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept traveler's checks. Cash is excepted but you must have exact change. The Studio does not have a cash drawer and will not provide change.
• GUEST/CLIENT: must be at least 18 years old to receive studio services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
• TREATMENT ROOM POLICY: Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. There are no exceptions.
• WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES: The Studio wants you to relax, and enjoy your service. It is important that the Provider is able to focus on your service, goals and needs. The Studio prefers you to leave your child/ minor at home. Exceptions can be made, please contact management ahead of scheduled session.
• PLEASE NOTE: that it is at the Studio's discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client’s information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.

At Stretch Studio Boca we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the services, products and websites offered by Stretch Studio Boca (aka Studio).

When you sign up for Assisted Stretching sessions or purchase classes, class packages, and/or retail, Stretch Studio Boca collects and retains certain personal information. The Studio receives and stores any information you enter on the Site or give to the Studio in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of all of the services that the Studio offers. Boca Stretch Studio uses the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, communicating with you, tracking purchases and class history.

This information is collected in several ways. For example, if you sign up for Stretch Studio Boca’s sessions or purchase classes, packages or retail, the Site will collect certain personal information required to make the purchase. If you sign up for the Studio’s services Stretch Studio Boca collects all the personal information necessary to provide you with the services purchased.

If you believe that any inaccurate or inappropriate information has been obtained or disseminated through your use of the Site, please contact Stretch Studio Boca immediately.

Stretch Studio Boca only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of the Studio in the following limited circumstances:

1. Stretch Studio Boca has your consent.
2. The Studio provides such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on the Studio’s behalf. The Studio requires that these parties agree to process such information based on Stretch Studio Boca’s instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
3. The Studio has a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable provisions of the Terms of Use Agreement, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Soham, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
4. If the Studio becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, Stretch Studio Boca will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. The Studio may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as but not limited to the number of users who clicked on an advertisement on the Site, the number of users that clicked on any page within the Site or aggregated business performance data across a geographical region.

Stretch Studio Boca takes all appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of the Studio’s data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where the Studio stores personal data.

Stretch Studio Boca restricts access to personal information to the Studio employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

When you use Stretch Studio Boca services, the Studio makes a good faith effort to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. The Studio asks individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where the Studio provides information access and correction, Stretch Studio Boca performs this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The Studio will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and Stretch Studio Boca expects most such changes will be minor. Regardless, the Studio will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, the Studio will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes). Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
